• Ensure that the general condition of the property is safe, clean and well maintained at all times. Consistent high standard of quality maintenance.
• Maintain courteous relations with tenants and customers at all times.
• Report any abandoned vehicles or over-night parking.
• Daily: cleaning of all litter from the property, including parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, storage areas, lawns and flowerbeds. Empty garbage containers and reline as necessary.
• Spot sweep the sidewalks, curbs, walkways, garbage bin areas and parking lot areas of the property as necessary.
• Clean garbage container lids once weekly or as required.
• Keep all service rooms of the property clean, tidy and free of debris.
• Install leasing signage in vacant units as directed by Property Manager.
• Inspect empty units and report any needed repairs or cleaning to Property Manager.
• Clean out and prep vacant units for prospective tenants.
• Detailed monthly statements to best suit your requirements
• Emergency service 24/7.
• Can include minor repairs and regular service issues.
